14+ days before arrival = full refund minus a $25 reservation fee.
7-13 days before arrival = Partial refund 50%
Less than 7 days before arrival, no shows, and early departures are non-refundable
Early Departure policy No refund for early departure regardless of reason.
Weather realted cancellations No refunds due to weather (rain, heat, cold, storms) Exceptions made only for mandatory evacuations, park closure ordered by authorities and would result in future stay credit..
Holiday & Peak Season cancellations require a 30 day cancellation.

***YOU COULD BE KILLING OUR TREES!! absolutly NO outside firewood allowed.*** Firewood is sold at the camp office.
All credit card transactions will be charged a convenience fee, that applys for paying balanced owed upon arrival as well. For payment of deposit you can mail a check within 7 days of booking reservation to aviod credit card transaction fees, we also take cash.
• Visitors and guests must register at the Office before entering the park and pay a $5.00 fee per person per day All visitors must leave the park no later than 9:00 PM. All unregistered persons will be considered trespassers and will be evicted and/or prosecuted.
All rules are enforced with one warning, then immediate eviction with no refund.
Management reserves the right to evict any persons violating
the preceding rules & regulations or any NYS law, with no refund.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to any persons

Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.

Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.

The campground is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle. .

All guests and visitors must register in the office upon arrival.

We do not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any guests. Guests must make arrangements to have their mail or packages delivered to a third-party location for pickup.

All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.

We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.

Total number of guests in any space or unit cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.

Propane grills are allowd but not on porches or right next to cabins.

Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed.

Washing RVs or vehicles on property is not allowed.

The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.

Guests may not hang any items from the trees with nails or screws.

All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.

All trash is to be disposed of at the dumpster by the exit before you leave .

DO NOT leave trash out overnight.

All guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times.
. If you will be bringing any pets with you there will be an additional $15.00 charge for the stay, not per day just per pet. PLEASE NOTIFY STAFF ABOUT ANY PETS AT CHECK IN.
Fishing in our ponds is catch and release, please do not harm or keep our fish so other campers can enjoy their experience too,
RVs around our larger pond are seasonal sites, please do not walk through or fish from their sites.

Refund Policy
Refunds go back to original payment method. Processing time 5-14 business days, Reservation fee & Processing fees are non-refunded $25
COVID Policy
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are healthy and able to travel at the time of their reservation.
no refunds will be issued for cancellations due to covid-19 illness, exposure, quarentine, or travel concerns, including positive test results.
Cancellations related to covid-19 are subject to the campgrounds standard cancellation policy.
Refunds or credits will be issued only if the campground is required to close due to government-mandated shutdown or evacuation.
Contactless or limited-contact services may be used when necessary for the safety of guests and staff.
